There are so many so-called tinnitus remedies out there it can be pretty difficult to distinguish what really works and what doesn’t.

Tinnitus can be so distressing that people are willing to do anything to find a cure or even some temporary relief from the noises in their ears. Unfortunately this means that there is a market for unscrupulous scam merchants to market ‘cures’ which are totally worthless.

As well as his unique three-step approach, Paul also looks at other natural remedies, some of which I’d never heard of but which have been proved to be effective.
